A calculator is a tool we don’t often use but, when needed, it’s more important than any other complex bells and whistles a contemporary smartphone offers. iPhone Calculator is super accessible as it has its own Control Center shortcut. However, some users report that the iPhone Calculator disappeared and that they can’t find it anywhere. If you are among them, we offer a few ways to get the iPhone Calculator back in no time. Check them out below.

How to Get Calculator on iPhone
1. Check Home Screen
The first thing to do is to check all Home Screens and the Control Center for the Calculator. Also, if you are on iOS 14 and have App Library at your disposal, you should be able to see Calculator under the Utilities folder.
If the Calculator is missing, jump straight to the App Store and reinstall it (Step 3). Chances are that you’ve deleted it by mistake.
2. Search for Calculator
Alternatively, you can search for Calculator from App Search. You can either swipe right until you reach App Library and search for Calculator from the Search bar. Or, even better, trigger the bar by swiping down from the middle of the Home Screen.
Type in Calculator and, if it is installed, it should appear as a result. However, if Calculator on iPhone completely disappears, make sure to reinstall it from the App Store.
3. Reinstall Calculator from the App Store
This is the best way to get back your iPhone Calculator. If the app is not installed, you can install it. And if all its shortcuts are deleted, uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the App Store will automatically place it on the next available Home Screen. From there, you can drag & drop Calculator to any Home Screen or folder.
Here’s how to reinstall Calculator from the App Store:
- Open the App Store.
- Search for Calculator.
- Install the Calculator if it’s missing. If not, uninstall Calculator.
- Tap Get or tap on the cloud icon to install Calculator again.
- Look for Calculator on the Home Screen or open it from its Control Center shortcut.
Unless we are looking at a major iOS bug, Calculator should be available now. If you still can’t find it or keeps disappearing along with other apps, make sure to reset your device to factory settings and restore it from iCloud backup. Or you can use iTunes on your PC or Mac to do the same.
That should do it. Thank you for reading, check our Facebook and Twitter, and make sure to share your questions in the comments section below. We look forward to hearing from you.
